Thank you so much for sending me sweet messages and birthday wishes – I feel so loved and blessed. This birthday felt a little different due to the lockdown but I’m very thankful and appreciative to have my loved ones around me to make my day special. In my house my birthday celebrations are like a week long, my sister’s birthday is a couple days before mine so we combine our celebrations. A week long party and lots of cake!

My boyfriend, Connor, put together the cutest birthday hamper filled with face masks, candles, wine and chocolate. He set up the hamper on my bed, to surprise me when I got home, along with a House of CB box and birthday cards. I’m so grateful for all the effort that he put in to make me smile! The House of CB dress that I got, I’ve actually mentioned before but in a different colour. I had tried on this dress ‘Ella‘ in gold a couple months ago and reviewed it in the blog post – Let’s Try It On: House of CB; I’ve now got this dress that I loved in red!

I absolutely loved my balloons, I knew I wanted to get a big ballon and for it to be delivered to my house inflated. It took me such a long time to find a good quality website that sold inflated balloons – I finally found Pop’d Creative. (I’ve linked the balloons that I got – Metallic Magic) With this website you can pick which day you want to have your balloons delivered, I got mine a couple days before my actual birthday so I could produce my birthday content beforehand.

I’ve still got some belated birthday plans, got a list of people I’m still yet to see after months of being apart. This has really turned into more like a birthday month! Connor and I have booked a little staycation for this summer to extend my birthday celebrations!
